Welcome to the Japan Art Fair. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following event policies:

1. Entry and Security

• All visitors must comply with security checks upon entry.
• Coats and bags are not allowed inside the fair. A secured cloakroom is available at the entrance for your convenience.
• The Japan Art Fair is a private event, and the organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any visitor at their discretion.

2. Prohibited Items

• Weapons and other harmful or dangerous items are strictly prohibited at the fair.
• It is not allowed to bring art pieces to the fair. Only exhibited works by approved exhibitors are permitted on-site.
• Visitors are not permitted to bring external food or beverages into the venue.

3. Shinsa Participation

• The Shinsa is only accessible to those who have purchased a Shinsa Ticket.
• Art pieces intended for the Shinsa evaluation are not allowed inside the fair premises and will be stored in a secured location before and after the evaluation process.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by the Shinsa organizers regarding submission, handling, and collection of their pieces.

4. Code of Conduct

• Visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards exhibitors, staff, and other attendees.
• Photography and video recording may be restricted in certain areas. Please check with staff before taking pictures or recording.
• Any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, or vandalism will result in immediate removal from the venue.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• The Japan Art Fair organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
• Visitors attend the event at their own risk. The fair shall not be held liable for any personal injury, accidents, or damages occurring within the event premises.
• Any property left in the cloakroom is stored at the visitor’s own risk
